Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We only accept returns for ready to ship products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Refund charges are covered by yourself.
To start a return, please email us at hallo@viewigs.com asking for a refund and we will advise on the next steps.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
NO REFUND on Pre Order wigs. Pre Order wigs are custom made to your size and preferences, and its not possible to return the wig unless there is an error on our part.
We also only allow a maximum quota of 2 returns per month. Once this quota is met we will make you aware and advise on the next steps. In some cases we may block customers based upon an excessive returns history.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as beauty products) or wigs that have been worn or altered in anyway.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
