Processing Times

Processing times are listed within the details under each unit. Expect a processing time of 5-10 business days for pre-order custom wigs, unless specified otherwise. Ready to Ship processing & shipping times are 1-5 business days. Processing times are not part of the shipping time.

Shipping

We are not in control of packages once the courier has received them.

• Shipping within The Netherlands: 1-3 business days. 
• Shipping to Belgium: 1-3 business days.

Lost/ Stolen Items

While we understand the frustration, we are not responsible for lost/stolen items once your package has been shipped. If you will not be home at the estimated delivery time, please reach out to your postal office to have the package held until you are available to pick it up. In the case of a lost item, we will do everything in our power to ensure that your package gets to you.
